Bankruptcy
The Dutch Bankruptcy Act required the trustee in bankruptcy to regularly issue reports. These reports are public, and are publicly available for inspection at the Registry of the Court. De Voort makes these reports digitally available through this website. That enables those interested to simply keep track of the development of the bankruptcy. The purpose of the report is to provide the broad outlines and therefore cannot be considered a full account of the liquidation of the bankrupt's assets. No rights can be derived from these digital reports.
